Fitness Boot Camp is an all outdoor event held every month designed to help you get back on track with your Fitness! Fitness Boot Camp runs from 6am-7am to get your day going!!

Fitness Boot Camp is held in the conveniently situated Victoria Park, Spring Hill, only 2 minutes away for our Studio which has Showers available for use.

At boot camp a strength and fitness test is held on the very first morning (5:30am start), where you will perform a series of upper body and lower body strength exercises and then finish the morning with a cardio (running) test. This test is designed to easily assess your current levels of strength and fitness, to give you a benchmark to beat for the final day!
We then break the group up and rotate you around a variety of workouts ranging from Super Strength to Fat Smashing Cardio! At the end of the week it's TEAM Challenge day - team against team!
